Message: I cannot say enough good about Countryside. My mother fell and broke her hip. She had a 20 day stay at the Countryside rehab facility. Every single staff member we encountered has been wonderful! Everyone from the front desk and office staff to food service and housekeeping, the nursing staff/physical therapy staff and the nurse practitioners have all been warm, welcoming and attentive to the patients. This staff loves what they do and they pour their heart into it. Our family is thankful and blessed for the staff at Countryside. Thank you for all you do each and every day!

Message: My family member has been a resident at Countryside for many months. The nurses and staff have cared for us like family. They CARE! And the food is actually really good! I know no one wants to be in this situation, but they make it feel like the next best place to being at home. And we can trust our family member is in good hands. We love our nurses, techs, and staff.

Message: My grandmother admitted to the facility very ill after battling Covid. Unfortunately, Covid accelerated her dementia so badly and she passed away during her stay. Staff was so caring and compassionate with her, keeping her comfortable in her last days and keeping our family informed on her condition. Thank you Countryside staff for your care and support during such a difficult time for our family.

Message: My grandma is currently a resident here and has been on and off for years. With covid, they are testing the patients regularly and taking all necessary precaution. I've had no trouble getting someone on the phone (friendly person to boot) to make a visitation appointment. That being said, the last time, they lost the appointment, but they got her ready quickly and we still got our whole 30 minute visit. My grandma is not the easiest woman to deal with but she doesn't have any complaints. In fact, she genuinely likes a few of the staff members. She had once mentioned that the food was good, but now she's not eating much.

Message: I have had 3 of my family members stay at Country Side and there care was awesome. Nurses would keep me informed of any issues and was able to talk to the nurses if I had any questions or concerns. All the staff were very sweet and always had smiles on there faces when I visited which was quite often. My mom passed away at the facility and she had brain cancer and this made her have behaviors which she never would have if not for the cancer and the staff handled her very professionaly. When she did pass staff were kind and caring making sure she was comfortable even though I was by her side. I couldn't ask for better team on human beings. Thank you Country Side.
