Message: If you are looking for a good place to buy clothes and home items this is a wonderful place to shop the staff is wonderful Kaitlyn went above and beyond customer service wise helping me with an issue that occured in the store she even gave me a discount without me having to ask 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend

Message: Richmond Goodwill is the most expensive Goodwill in Indiana and Ohio, while lacking the quality of most other stores. Their prices are ridiculous for clothing; I can regularly purchase new clothing on sale for less. The clothing on the store floor regularly has holes, threadbare areas, and stains. Buyer beware, but you can find some great deals from time to time.

Message: This store had alot more decent clothes than I thought. I was amazed at the pricing on the clothes. I got a whole lots of clothes very cheap. When I was confused about buying certain sizes they were more than happy to help. If it wasn't for the hospitality of their associates I might have went elsewhere. I'm glad i didn't. I recommend goodwill clothing to anyone who is on a budget to buy clothing there. Thank you they still have good quality use clothes to sell.
